ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER
Located in - Mt. Morris, NY
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
The Assistant Property Manager assists in overseeing rental properties in 4 counties in Western New York. The properties are regulated by USDA RD and/or NYS HCR/RRAP & LIHTC program for multi-family housing. Candidates must have general leasing and residential management experience overseeing and providing compliance training and guidance to apartment site managers in regulated housing. Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA and other regulatory governmental requirements required.
Position Reesponsibilities/Requirements include, but not limited to:
Ability to work with a Regional Property Manager and property maintenance team
Prepare compliance reports for various agencies
Prepare and submit tenant certifications monthly, transmit through MINC
Assist with tenant relations, eligibility certifications and other tenant matters
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and related software
Reliable judgement, ability to meet deadlines and problem solving skills
Experience with Yardi or other Property Management software a plus
5 Years of prior experience with Affordable Housing Programs required Associates degree preferred.
Position is for 30-32 hours a week. Expected compensation rate between $21-$25/hr. based on qualifications. Current company staff are eligible to apply.

BUILDING AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE - WARSAW, NY
Maintenance Worker needed for two 24-unit apartment complexes in Warsaw, NY. This is a part-time position at 28 hours per week. Responsible for maintenance of buildings, grounds and equipment. Basic aptitude of electrical, plumbing, and minor repair duties required. Basic knowledge of boiler systems a plus! Physical ability to perform lawn care and snow removal essential. Good interpersonal communication skills and confidentiality required, along with willingness to work with elderly/disabled. Computer knowledgeable. Ability to work independently to meet maintenance standards and to take some “on-call” duties as needed. Ability to be flexible as day to day job duties may change. Experience with Fair Housing and ADA regulations is preferred. Previous experience with government regulated rental properties a plus. Reliable transportation and working phone required. Starting pay range is $17.50-18.50/hr, depending on experience. Benefits include paid holidays and vacation time
