Park Terrace Congregate Apartments give priority placement to individuals based on need and willingness to pay for a modest services component to maintain an independent lifestyle.  The Services Coordinator facilitates basic service delivery in a congregate setting in the areas of hot nutritious meals; transportation; housekeeping; personal care; and social and recreational activities and programming to enhance a resident's quality of life.
